The purpose of the event is to network, discuss and debate key tax  legal and other policy developments."

Background

Tax in India always been high up the agenda for domestic and multinational companies operating in the country. 2011 will herald a wide scale period of change for the Indian tax market forcing senior tax decision makers to completely reconsider strategies and to seek efficiencies at all  levels of their company’s tax affairs.

New tax law based on international tax policies, increased scrutiny of international transactions by Indian tax authorities and adapting & preparing for the new tax order would be areas of discussions for the time to come.

The event will facilitate the exchange of new ideas, experiences and leading practices from India and around the world. The exciting and interactive agenda covers not only current and emerging tax and policy issues but also learning for all finance professionals to deal with the potential challenges.
