As Business Continuity Manager of the Year in BCI's C&R Awards India 2009, and with over 26 years' experience in the Industry, Daman is currently the CIO and Head – Sustainability Practice at Continuity and Resilience. He has earlier worked with Steria as Head Business Continuity Management (UK, India) & Head Green Activities (India). Initially he worked with TCS for over 20 years in various roles and positions. He has rich experience in Business Continuity Management, Environmental Sustainability, Business Excellence and Consulting (BCM, Green IT, Quality/ Process/ Malcolm Baldrige). He is a Technical Expert and Lead Auditor for BS 25999 (Business Continuity Management System). Daman is Accredited Tutor for BCS ISEB "Foundation Certificate in Green IT" course

Mr. Gaurav Agrawal - is the Product Head and he leads the product portfolio of Data Center and Cloud Computing services in Sify Technologies.
He is having 14+ years of in-depth and hands-on experience of Product Marketing and Life Cycle Management of Managed IT/Telecom Services domain covering Cloud Computing , Data Center services, Software + Service (SaaS offerings) and Professional Support stack.

Gaurav is a strategic global thinker, Cloud Strategist and Evangelist and a leader ship team builder, with the ability to lead and to motivate at all levels with very transferable and broad-based management skills.

He is instrumental in defining Sify's focus in Cloud Computing and Data Center Services. As a Product Head he is involved in cloud consulting with customers and OEMs to guide them towards defining their cloud strategy. In addition to that he also collaborates with Sify's Center Of Excellence (CoE) towards building internal expertise on the various cloud technologies. He has successfully helped several Enterprises to move towards cloud. Prior to Sify he has worked with Tata Communication and Reliance communications in the Role of Product Head for the Data Center services.

Ramesh is the chief visionary and conceptualist behind the eBRP brand. Since graduating from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT / Kanpur), Ramesh has accumulated over 28 years of experience in various Technology industry roles, more than 12 of which have been in Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery planning. His main focus has been to harness emerging technologies to get Business Continuity done right and demonstrate tangible value in doing so. He believes that the DR industry is starting to mature and is in the forefront of leading the change.

Ron Miller is a Principal Consultant with SunGard Availability Services (http://www.sungard.co.uk) in the UK, and a business continuity practitioner providing a variety of domestic and international clients in the public and private sectors with bespoke business continuity advice, assistance and solutions. He also provides assistance and advice on a range of related standards and regulatory/governance issues. A member of the committee responsible for BS 25999, the British Standard for Business Continuity Management as representative for the UK technology sector, he is also convenor of the Standards committee which produced the British Standard for ICT Continuity - BS 25777 - and was co-editor of the international standard ISO/IEC 27031 - ICT Readiness for Business Continuity. As an authority in the related fields of business continuity and information security he continues to be involved in the scrutiny and development of international standards in those areas. A frequent speaker at conferences and seminars, he has authored a number of articles and white papers on a range of risk, continuity, IT and security issues for specialist media. In the course of 2011 he assisted the UK Government in the development of business continuity guidance for SMEs. A graduate of the University of Aberdeen, he is a Chartered Insurer and a Member of the Business Continuity Institute.
