My sincere appreciation to the entire Cerebral Business Research team for putting up a great show! Truly speaking getting most of the Indian Telecom Fraud fraternity under one roof entailing likeminded discussions was incredible. The program exhibited a perfect blend of approaches from Legal, Security, Credit Rating (CIBIL), Operator, Audit and many more to the mutually enriching facet of Telecom Frauds. The Speakers presented on the topics which are on latest in telecom industry & have future potential. Some key takes i.e. Skills developments for Revenue assurance resources, RA function role to be elevated to CXO level, forensic tools, credit verification through CIBIL, legal system for telecom business, understanding on key frauds, Using of common data among operator & Vendor selection RA & FMS IT system. Really useful for RA & FMS professional from overall understand of Assurance & Fraud Management of Telecom industry. |

TFM 2010 was a very focused and fruitful conference on the niche domains of RA & FM. With participation from all concerned stakeholders; service providers, consulting companies, domain specialists and related industry segments; it was a vibrant platform for knowledge exchange and sharing of best practices. While it was effective in transfer of best practices between participants, it was also very exploratory in nature where more questions were identified than answered. The speakers were all experts in their respective domains and brought with them very valid and competent repository of information and knowledge. The forum was also a great platform for delegated to interact and bond as domain professionals. The admin arrangements were very good and the sessions were planned very intelligently to ensure just the right mix of work and leisure. All in all a very useful and professionally organized event. I would look forward to more such events in future. |

“It was a pleasure to have such meeting. The information shared by everyone was interesting and suggest good ideas for Business. The speakers have done good work for collecting data and its presentation and opinions were interesting and supported with some cases happened. Thank you for making opportunity to meet all of them and expect that ideas and new approaches shared by all will be helpful. The meeting was successful to an extent for getting an overview about the forensic techniques for Fraud Detection and Revenue Leakage Analysis using an integrated approach by different Operators/Vendors. It certainly provided the advantages of using an integrated approach and about how to identify / develop techniques for analysis in different areas as well as to create an effective Root Cause Analysis.
